So today I got moved into my new home with lots more room tostretch my 8 legs. I was very excited, but my neighbour Teddy was very grumpy, I
think she must have woken up on the wrong side of her web. Mum made sure there
was lots of soft substrates for me to dig around in, new hides and some plants
to clamber about on. Teddy however sat in her new hide and scowled at everyone
until she finally realised that it was a good move, and she has more places to
judge everyone one from.
I had a good rummage about and checked everything out andthen settled down for a nice cricket meal. Although, I Couldn’t help but notice
every time I moved or was out of my enclosure Rowan, at least I think that’s his
name, I don’t have the best of hearing. His name could be Robin, Warren, Ronan…anyway
it’s something like that, I noticed that he always looked like he was going to
pass out and conveniently needed to go and make tea, strange, I think I’m a
delight.
Anywho, I had a wonderful time and on top of it all I met anew friend called Josh? John? Jonah??. But it’s been quite a day so I’m off to
finish my cricket. Toodles
(FUN FACT: tarantulas don’t have ears; they use their verysensitive hairs on their legs that feel the air being moved around them when a
sound is emitted)
